This work began in 2013 when in residence at Taliesin East. The works were completed in 2025.
I am interested in how critical data is visualized and how overtime the data becomes irrelevant.
The economic and employment data used to make these charts was from 2013. Numbers that once represented important information and stories of working Americans just become unrelatable when reduced to a slice or a sliver.
Note: A subtle glow reflects off the wall creating an aura of hope.
