Reclaimed thin film plastic
…the Garden Grows : reclaim was originally installed in Pound Ridge, NY in 2021 as part of my solo exhibition with Red Fox Contemporary.
While home in Vermont the following summer, I teamed up with Satellite Gallery, a non-profit art space in the Northeast Kingdom established by Martha Eames (AKA – Mrs. Eames was one of my very first art teachers when I was in elementary school). I do really love the contrast of how the work feels next to the historic brick building in the village. It feels very different from the park location of the original installation.
